Refund policy

Pink IV Beauty Bar wants you to be happy with your purchase.

Window: Contact us within 14 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to start a return: Email or message us with your order number, photos of the issue (if applicable), and the product name. We’ll reply with return instructions.

Condition: Unused products in original packaging are eligible when we approve a return. Opened or used products may only be refunded or replaced if damaged, defective, or sent in error.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return (or after we confirm a fulfillment error). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.

Exchanges: When possible, we’ll replace a damaged or incorrect item rather than issue a refund.
